Waterbury Elementary School Honors Beloved Teacher With Patio Dedication

A ribbon cutting was held at Waterbury's Chase Elementary School on Aug. 23, 2024, to dedicate a patio in honor of Petrina Rusi, a teacher who died of cancer in 2020. Her widow, Artan Rusi, built the structure and cut the ribbon (CT Examiner).
