VIRTUAL PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING
CTDOT I-95 Eastern CT Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) Study
Residents, commuters, business owners, and other interested individuals are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to learn about and discuss the I-95 Eastern CT PEL study.
Please join us on Tuesday, November 15, 2022.
The meetings will be streamed via: Zoom Webinar (registration required)
Afternoon session – Formal Presentation will begin at 12:00 p.m.,
Evening session – Formal Presentation will begin at 6:00 p.m.,
Question and Answer (Q&A) sessions will immediately follow each presentation.

The virtual public information meeting is being held to provide the public and local community the opportunity to offer comments or ask questions regarding the I-95 Eastern CT PEL study. Persons with limited internet access may request that the I-95 Eastern CT PEL study information be mailed to them by contacting Gary Sojka (Gary.Sojka@ct.gov; 860-594-2025). (Allow one week for processing and delivery.)
Individuals with limited internet access can listen to the 12 PM meeting by calling 1 (301) 715 8592 and entering the Webinar ID when prompted: 874 3690 6595 or to the 6 PM meeting by calling 1 (309) 205 3325 and entering the Webinar ID when prompted: 850 8000 5814. Persons with hearing and/or speech disabilities may dial 711 for Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS). Zoom Webinar offers closed-captioning for the hearing impaired and non-English translation options. A recording of the formal presentation will be posted to the project website following the event and captions (including Spanish captions) will be available at that time. The public is encouraged to submit a comment between November 1 and November 30, 2022. Comments may be submitted on the project website (www.i95EasternCT.com), by email to info@i95EasternCT.com, or by mail (Attn. I-95 Eastern CT PEL Study Team (CDM Smith), 77 Hartland Street, Suite 201, East Hartford, CT 06108).
Individuals may also leave a voicemail question or comment by calling (860) 594-2025. Please reference the project in your voicemail. Language assistance may be requested by contacting CTDOT’s Language Assistance Call Line (860) 594-2109. Requests should be made at least 5 business days prior to the meeting. Language assistance is provided at no cost to the public and efforts will be made to respond to timely requests for assistance.
