    Terry Walters, best-selling cookbook author and James Beard Foundation Award finalist, teaches Fermentation Workshops in Avon.

    A hands-on workshop to learn the why’s and how’s of making and eating fermented foods. Gut health is at the very core of our health – from the immune system, to digestive health, to weight loss, and even mental health. Learn about maintaining a healthy microbiome with home-fermented probiotic-rich foods. Participants will prepare each recipe in class to take home to ferment and enjoy.

    This workshop can be taken IN PERSON or VIRTUALLY.
    (in-person spaces are limited and filled on a first-come-first-serve basis)

    Carrot Fresno Hot Sauce
    Pineapple Habanero Hot Sauce
    Fermented Pickles
    Beet Kvass
    Italian Giardiniera
    Dilly Beans
