Amuse: Stonington Red Shrimp tartlet with vanilla-saffron cream

First, Choice of:

Stone Acres Farm winter spinach salad with Mystic Cheese Co’s Right cheese, shaved red onion, fennel, candied pecans & maple-balsamic dressing

Potato-leek soup with black truffle and herbs

Citrus cured black Sea Bass gravlax with creme fraiche, green onion, fried capers and crispy sourdough

Main, Choice of:

Red wine and black currant braised beef short ribs with fennel gratin and cured winter spinach

Seared Stonington sea scallops with bacon-Brussels sprout hash, pommes puree, and lemon beurre blanc

Housemade Seacoast mushroom ravioli with winter herbs, Mystic Cheese Co’s Finback, black pepper and cream

Dessert, Choice of:

Dark chocolate-chili creme brulee

Brown butter and flint cornmeal cake with white chocolate ganache and caramel popcorn
