Yale Camerata will join with the Yale Glee Club and orchestra to perform the music of José Maurício Nunes Garcia and Marianne Martínez, including Te Deum. The concert will be conducted by Felicia Barber and Jeffrey Douma.
Yale Camerata is a seventy-voice vocal ensemble whose members are Yale graduate and undergraduate students, faculty, staff, and experienced singers from the New Haven community. Conducted by Dr. Felicia Barber, the ensemble performs a widely varied spectrum of sacred choral literature, with a special commitment to choral music of our time.
The Yale Glee Club is Yale’s principal undergraduate mixed chorus and oldest musical organization, having just concluded their 162nd season.
