The virtual auction opens on December 3 at 10 a.m. Bidding closes at 3 p.m. on December 21. Items this year include a Backyard Barbecue and Boules Party with Jacques Pépin, Chef Renee Touponce, and Brad Leone; the chance to be an Oyster Farmer for the Day; a Private Bourbon Tasting and Cocktail Class in the historic Manor House at Stone Acres Farm, and more.
Since 2018, celebrated chef and national treasure Jacques Pépin has celebrated his birthday with family and friends at the historic Stone Acres Farm in Stonington, CT (www.stoneacresfarm.com). The dinner is hosted by the 85th Day Food Community (https://www.85thdayllc.com/).
In the spirit of generosity that Jacques demonstrates through his foundation and his work, 85th Day is donating all proceeds from the ticket sales for the dinner and hosting this virtual auction to support the Jacques Pépin Foundation and the Yellow Farmhouse Education Center (located at Stone Acres Farm).
Both organizations are committed to culinary education for a better food future.
