Wild & Scenic Film Festival On Tour

Wild & Scenic is a film festival with a purpose, bringing together storytellers and stories that
reflect a love and appreciation of the natural world. The evening will feature a series of short
award-winning environmental and adventure films from around the world. Festival-goers will
see 11 short films about nature, community activism, adventure, conservation, water, energy
and climate change, wildlife, environmental justice, indigenous cultures, and more. These films
illustrate the Earth’s beauty, yet show the challenges facing our planet and the communities
working to protect it.
The evening’s emcee is Bill Lucey, the Long Island Soundkeeper with Save the Sound.
Join us at 6:00 pm for an opening reception. Films start at 7:00. Intermission with refreshments.
