Weekend Kitchen’s cooking school hosts talented local area chefs to provide a opportunity to learn from true professionals with different backgrounds- from restauranteurs to pastry chefs and caterers- each brings a unique perspective about cooking and food.  Together they bring their love of sharing their knowledge with you!

What you’ve all been asking for…and just in time for the holidays – a hands-on Sourdough Bread Making Workshop with Chef Terry Walters! You’ll learn everything from maintaining a starter to making dough and baking delicious perfect loaves. Leave with all the tools and skills you’ll need to start your own artisan bread-making practice. Bring yourself, a large mixing bowl to work in, and a 9×12 casserole to use as a proofing basin, and we’ll provide the rest!
