Plant and Mushroom Foraging Class in Fairfield

Forager and chef Vinny Crotta and CT Foraging Club founder Amy Demers will be co-teaching a class on Plant and Mushroom Foraging. You will learn how to identify and utilize edible and medicinal plants and mushrooms that can be found this time of year.
Class will consist of a 45-minute lecture where you will learn how to identify and utilize wild plant and mushrooms that can be found this time of year. We will then go on a 45-minute walk where we will practice plant and mushroom ID.
This class will be $25 per person. To sign up, email shroomsofct@gmail.com with the full name of all participants.
