Stepane Wrembel, recognized as one of the preeminent guitarists globally, specializes in the style of Django Reinhardt. With a career spanning the globe, he has released 18 recordings and toured incessantly since 2003. His original compositions have been featured in Midnight in Paris (“Bistro Fada”) and Vicky Cristina Barcelona (“Big Brother”). Midnight in Paris received the Grammy Award® for Best Compilation Soundtrack. He has shared the stage with iconic artists like Elvis Costello, Patti Smith, The Roots, Medeski Martin & Wood, and many more. His annual music festival, “Django A Gogo,” has gained global recognition as a premier event celebrating Django Reinhardt’s life and music.
