This instructional class includes a knife making class were you will forge an up to 10” chef knife. This is a 2 session class Of approximately 3 hours each session.
This is an advanced level class. Most Students “should” have an entry level class before enrolling in this class.
Staff must complete all grinding.
Upon purchasing a class the student can call 203-578-5480 to schedule their class. To assist with scheduling, Saturdays are currently booked out about 15 weeks and weekdays and weekday evenings are booked out 4 to 6 weeks. Thank you for your understanding.
