“Empowering Voices” Printmaking without a Press at Norwalk Art Space

Join us for “Empowering Voices,” an interactive 2-day workshop led by visiting artist MaryJo McGonagle. Students will be encouraged to express their thoughts and emotions related to mental health and well-being, using printmaking techniques, such as Gelli plates, block printing, and collage. The project will focus on creating art using the power of words and visuals. Students will understand how they can use art to promote their mental health. After the workshop, the participant’s work will be shown at a group show in the gallery.
