Introducing our newly released batch of Dairyere! We crafted this batch specifically to showcase a bolder and earthier flavor profile that’s a true delight for fans of traditional Swiss Appenzeller. This batch features a creamy texture with complex notes of nuts and herbs, making it a standout choice for alpine cheese lovers. Its strong character makes it the perfect fall melting cheese, or perfectly enjoyed on its own or as part of a cheese board.
To elevate your tasting experience, we’re excited to announce exclusive honey pairings available at the farm shop this weekend with Planet Bee Honey! Enjoy the robust Dairyere with either honey option, and don’t miss the chance to try our Aged Bloomsday and Jeremy River Cheddar paired with spicy smoked honey. For a sweeter touch, try Gossamer & Dutch Farmstead which perfectly complement the creamed honey.
