Summer Theater Camp: Jack and the Beanstalk at Norwich Arts Center

June 24-29, 2024 This week-long intensive camp is for students of all abilities and skill levels. We are grateful to have the opportunity to partner with Missoula Children's Theatre (MCT)! MCT is the nation’s largest touring children’s theatre.  MCT has been touring extensively for more than 40 years now from Montana to Japan, and will visit nearly 1,200 communities this year with up to 44 teams of Tour Actor/Directors. MCT's tour team arrives in a given town with a set, lights, costumes, props and make-up, everything it takes to put on a play...except the cast. The show is rehearsed throughout the week and two public performances are presented on Friday & Saturday. All MCT shows are original adaptations of classic children’s stories and fairytales . . . a twist on the classic stories that you know and love. Also included in the residency are three enrichment workshops presented by the Tour Actor/Directors and special sessions directed by NAC staff. Open to grades 1 - 12 For more information

Sunday, June 30 at 2pm Kate Baldwin is a two-time Tony Award–nominee and four-time Drama Desk–nominee, having starred on Broadway as Irene Molloy in the 2017 revival of Hello, Dolly! and the 2009 revival of Finian’s Rainbow as Sharon McLonergan. She originated the roles of Sandra Bloom in Big Fish on Broadway and Leslie Lynnton Benedict in Giant at The Public Theatre. She starred as Jen in Keen Company's revival of John & Jen and garnered a Lucille Lortel Award nomination for her work in Superhero at Second Stage. Other Broadway credits: The Full Monty, Thoroughly Modern Millie, and Wonderful Town. 2024 Fishers Island Golf Tournament for The O’Neil Theater

The 2024 Golf Tournament will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. For over 30 years, the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center has hosted an exclusive golf tournament at the beautiful Fishers Island Golf Club. The tournament sells out every year, with 112 golfers eager to spend the day on the course.Golfers arrive by private charter from Groton, CT. Brunch is served, followed by a full 18 holes of championship golf with panoramic views of Long Island Sound. Cocktails and dinner are served along with an exciting live auction and prizes for the winning foursomes.
