Join artist Lee Bul for a conversation about The Genesis Facade Commission: Lee Bul, Long Tail Halo, a suite of four sculptures for The Met Fifth Avenue’s facade that combines classical and futuristic bodily forms in motion and explores how history can be admired as well as destabilized. The conversation unpacks Lee’s expansive career, including her performances, sculptures, and installations that address the aspirations and disillusions associated with the desire for progress. Please note that this program includes interpretation from Korean into English.
