Little Dipper Farm Harvest Beer Dinner: Brooklyn, CT

Raise a glass to AUTUMN.

We’ll be celebrating the arrival of the fall season from the fields and pastures of Windham and New London County under the direction of guest Chef Jefferson Munroe of Columbia’s Good Farm and Twin Beaks Fried Chicken. The dinner’s trappings will be paired with our brewing partner Epicure Brewing from Norwich, Connecticut. Chef Munroe will cook a special menu that highlights the bounty of the region, featuring pasture-raised meats, local produce, and artisan dairy grown and crafted by our partnering farms.

The dinner takes place both outdoors on the farm grounds, and inside the historic carriage barn, once home to the famed Golden Lamb Buttery.
