Now that you are a paid paper, as you should be, I hope you will start to follow stories to the end and let us know who the real culpable characters are.

Elevator failures and reporting. Ask a real legislator if you can find one. Building owners are major tax payers and political players. The last thing they want is accountability. So accidents in their lift shafts end up in that movie—Catch 22.
