REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS:
On behalf of the Town of Old Lyme, the Halls Road Improvement Committee (HRIC) invites sealed proposals from qualified design firms to provide the services to design, permit, prepare public bid documents, and oversee the bid process to construct a new pedestrian bridge over the Lieutenant River along with approach pathways, and associated site improvements described in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
