Wreaths Across America Wave the Flag Day Old Saybrook

– On Tuesday, September 10, 2024, between 9 am-10 am ET, Wreaths Across America, Old Saybrook (WAA.OS) is calling for the residents of Old Saybrook to join in flag-waving to remind all Americans of the pride, unity and patriotism that was expressed on the days following the tragedy on September 11, 2001.
In addition to local efforts, a national event will be hosted LIVE on WAA’s official Facebook page and broadcast over Wreaths Across America Radio. The broadcasts will include interviews and stories from veterans, volunteers, Gold Star families, and first responders.
WAA/OS will be joining Lennell aka ‘The Flagman’ on US1 at The Heritage Motor Inn, 1500 Boston Post Road.
