This walk-around tasting event highlights the world of grower Champagne and boutique sparkling producers — bottles rooted in place, craft, and the hands of the winemakers themselves. Curated in partnership with Spencer & Lynn, Henry Provisions, Rosenthal Wine Merchants, Transatlantic Bubbles, and Kermit Lynch, this is a chance to explore bubbles of real character — nuanced, expressive, and far beyond the big houses.

To complement the tasting, we’ll be serving hearty passed snacks and Fish Camp fried-shack favorites with a polished twist, And for those who’d like to elevate the experience even further, we are partnering with Pearl Street Caviar on a caviar bar, offering à la carte Caviar bumps for the perfect hit of indulgence.
