It’s time for the 33rd annual Charlie Parker Jazz Festival at Capital One City Parks Foundation SummerStage! We’re so excited to spend another year celebrating the life, music, and legacy of saxophonist Charlie “Bird” Parker with free jazz shows in the neighborhoods where he lived and worked. From August 22-24, we’ll be in Harlem’s Marcus Garvey Park and the East Village’s Tompkins Square Park, plus other parks across the city at partner events beginning this Sunday.
