This exhibition presents artists working in a variety of media who employ specific systematic procedures, processes, and techniques to create art. Artists’ use of particular parameters within which to create art is often associated with conceptual art but can also be dictated by choice of material or particular mode of execution. The methodology artists use is not always by design and may even feel compulsory or necessary. The works in this exhibit explore this aspect of creativity.
