Choice of Two Classes: Saturday December 27th or Sunday the 28th.
- Introduction to Fresh Egg Pasta:
- Learn about the different types of pasta dough.
- Understand the basics of preparing pasta dough.
- Classic Egg Pasta Shapes:
- Master the art of making traditional pasta shapes like Tortellini and Garganelli.
- Get hands-on experience in shaping the pasta correctly.
- Sauce Pairings:
- – Explore a variety of delicious sauces to complement your fresh pasta.
- – Create and taste unique combinations, such as Marcella Hazan’s Tomato Sauce with onion and butter, and Butternut squash stuffed pasta with sage brown butter sauce.
- – Experiment with filled pasta options like ravioli, tortellini, or agnolotti.
- – Discover different fillings like spinach and ricotta or cheese and fresh herbs.
At the end of the class, we will gather to enjoy a delicious meal made from our combined efforts. As per our class tradition, the Chef will also treat us to a selection of delightful desserts.
