Introduction to Mushroom Foraging Class: Identification, Safety, & Sustainability in Stafford Springs

Join us Wednesday, October 23rd at Stafford Cidery in Stafford Springs, CT for an Introduction to Mushroom Foraging Class. This workshop will be led by Amy Demers, founder of the CT Foraging Club. You will learn how to safely begin your mushroom foraging journey in CT. We will discuss how to identify and utilize common edible and medicinal mushroom species in CT.

Ticket will include a complimentary pint from Stafford Cidery. We make our own hard cider, which we have on draft. We also serve CT beer, CT wine and non-alcoholic options.
