Holbein, Legion, & General Pencil Oil Paint and Supplies Workshop at Rowayton Arts Center

This Brand Ambassador Materials Workshop will focus on several types of Oil Paint, including Holbein’s Traditional Oil Color, Water Soluble Oil Color, and Vernet Superior Oil Color, as well as Holbein’s Linseed Oil.  It’s a hands-on workshop for artists of all levels and experience from beginner to professional. Along with the instructor Jen Caviola, this guided workshop is a learning experience where participants have the opportunity to experiment with many different materials.   Participants will also experiment with Legion’s 100% cotton Stonehenge Oil paper, Yupo White paper, and an assortment of General Pencil materials.

Seating is limited to 20.

About the Instructor

Jennifer Caviola received her BFA in Painting from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York in 2002 and her MFA from Parsons in New York City in 2007. She has had solo shows in New York City, Brooklyn, and California and has participated in group shows throughout the United States, Europe and the Middle East. She has been featured in publications such as Vogue, Cultured Magazine, The Huffington Post, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Complex Magazine, Papermag, Juxtapoz and High Fructose.
