Saturday August 17th from 10 AM – 2 PM Cato Corner Farm will host our next event, “Reinventing the Wheel”. Based on the book Reinventing the Wheel: Milk, Microbes, and the Fight for Real Cheese by Bronwen and Francis Percival, this event will feature pasture walks at 10 AM and 12 noon to meet the cows, cheese sampling and pairings throughout the day, and an opportunity to learn about traditional cheesemaking and our own practices.
