Cato Corner Farm : The Return of the Mozz
August 9 - August 11
Arietta Estiva, our Mozzarella style, is back on the menu for a limited run! Cheesemakers Mark and Lauren thought our first batch of the season was one of our tastiest yet – and it sold out quickly. We are stretching more this coming week, so we’ll have Arietta for sale next weekend August 9-11. Try Arietta in a caprese salad or melted atop a homemade pizza.
If you need a cheese this weekend to serve with tomatoes, come grab Sofia – our Bulgarian feta is so delicious recently! Sofia also pairs perfectly with a salad of peaches or watermelon and chopped mint.
