An Evening of Music & Art: Moving Target Band and Joe Standart Photography Exhibition at Lyme Public Hall

For our final Last Sunday Live Music performance of the year, we’ll be welcoming back the Moving Target Band, a local Ivoryton-based group with an eclectic repertoire of music from the 1930’s to more current tunes. You’ll hear a wide variety of songs from Django Reinhart to Neil Young.
While enjoying the music, view a compelling exhibition of selected works from WE ARE — A Nation of Immigrants; a public art installation of large-scale photography by nationally-recognized local photographer Joe Standart. Joe is a champion of using photography and the arts to impact individuals and communities for the better. These works have been exhibited throughout New Haven, on the New Haven Green, at The Hotchkiss School along with the Symposium on Immigration with Chris George (2019), and at the University of Connecticut’s Benon Museum.
All are welcome; bring your friends and family, BYOB plus any snacks you would like and join us for a lively evening of great music, stunning visuals and good company! $5 donation to support the Hall suggested.
