The Bridgeport Film Fest returns for its fifth year, celebrating three days of powerful short films and community connection from September 12–14, 2025. Audiences can enjoy both in-person and virtual screenings at the historic Klein Memorial Auditorium, with additional events at Connecticut State Community College at Housatonic and BPT Creates. Presented in partnership with the non-profit City Lights/Bridgeport Art Trail, the festival showcases the humanities and arts through an exciting lineup of film screenings, hands-on workshops, engaging panel discussions, live music, and the immersive “VR for Good” program; placing audiences inside the experiences of historically marginalized communities.
