To the Editor:
I’m writing in support of Craig Fishbein for Wallingford Town Council. There is no town councilor more invested in this town.
Craig grew up in Wallingford and graduated from Sheehan High School. He spends hours of his time working in local Wallingford politics, and state government, for the betterment of our town. He also works in our town. As a retired law enforcement officer, with more than twenty-years on the job as a municipal cop, I can say that Craig supports my brothers and sisters in blue. Craig understands the needs in addressing local crime (i.e. the surge in Wallingford car thefts) and utilizes his expertise in the law and working in Hartford to vote for what’s best for our community, on a local level. Craig is a neighbor to all in Wallingford and truly listens to his constituents. He puts the needs of our community first.
As a wartime veteran, I carefully follow politics and where our tax dollars are being spent. Craig has never once voted to raise my taxes. He cares about the middle class guy just trying to make ends meet. He was the only “no” vote to giving Hartford even more control than it already has of our town and its funding. If there’s one candidate who has a proven track-record of doing the job, it’s Craig Fishbein. I’ll be voting for him on November 4th, and you should be, too!
Vote for Craig to keep Wallingford affordable!
